ServSafe Jan07ServSafe Foodhandler Training - Any food service worker, manager or owner of a food service establishment will benefit from this training.  Every part of his or her operation affects the safety of the food served, and every employee plays a role in keeping food safe.  This is an opportunity to help employees to better understand their role in food safety at a price that businesses can afford.  Using the National Restaurant Association's ServSafe curriculum, topics for the sessions are:  An Introduction to Food Safety, Personal Hygiene, Using Thermometers and Keeping Logs, Receiving and Storing Food Safely, Preparing and Serving Safe Food, and Cleaning and Sanitizing.   Completion will include testing and certification.  Contact our office for more information on this program.
